A good product can still make customers and teams work much too hard. I look for the handoffs, decisions, and information that keep breaking down, then help the teams responsible for them redesign how the work moves.

Sometimes the answer needs to become a real thing. I design and build websites, tools, prototypes, products, and AI experiences when making the thing is the clearest way to test, explain, or use the idea.

Creative & Musical Collaborations

When the work needs a musical or sonic partner.

I work with filmmakers, artists, and creative teams when music or sound needs to carry part of the story. I compose, design sound, play piano and keys, arrange, and collaborate wherever the work needs another musical brain in the room.
