Capacity is an artificial intelligence SaaS startup founded by David Karandish and Chris Sims in St. Louis, focused on knowledge sharing for enterprise companies.
Formerly known as Jane.ai, Capacity went through a major rebrand project that wrapped up in Q3 of 2019. This portfolio is a snapshot of how my work contributed to the business’ success.
connect
To assist our clients in transitioning to the new look and feel of Capacity, I organized an in-person and virtual appreciation event for our global clients.
The event was a hit with a 93% attendance from clients, during which we shared our vision for the new brand.
Clients were excited to have been included in the the process and unanimously supported the move into the future.

understand
I was responsible for creating and overseeing both the product marketing and change management strategies/ORGs for Capacity. This work included the successful launch of key products that were crucial to the success of Capacity's rebranding.
These efforts assisted clients, as well as the sales and internal customer success teams, in navigating the changes and product updates on Capacity's roadmap. Here are a few other initiatives I led:
Implemented a customer feedback and company NPS program
Led product and marketing initiatives that focused on product improvements through customer feedback
Supported all external-facing teams and customers by establishing company change management processes
create
As our product line grew quickly, it was important to keep the company informed, our customers engaged, and to get everyone trained on them. This is how I did it:
Created, from end-to-end, a complete customer education resource and reduced incoming customer requests by 23%
Drove a 43% increase in successful contracts and Series B funding by creating sales collateral and training for the sales team
